What i had read from the case, 1st it is talked about steering committee. They are all discussing about issues that happened in the company. This is referred to the preliminary investigation which is in the 1st step in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) so called system planning.
There is no problem in production line.
In Sales Department, there is a problem with stock list that always changing. Point of Sales (POS) is suggested because the current system is not good enough.
The new appointed system analyst, En Kurniadi Muhtar heard all those problems and need to prepare something for the solutions.
